By accessing this website and purchasing coaching services from DJ Business Bootcamp and its related entities (hereafter "DJ Business Bootcamp"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING OR ACCESSING THIS SITE OR PURCHASING ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY DJ Business Bootcamp.

2. Grant of License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials provided through DJ Business Bootcamp for personal, non-commercial, private viewing only. This license does not permit:

Modification or copying of the materials;

Use of the materials for any commercial purpose beyond personal training;

Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any resources;

Removal of any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

Transfer of the materials to another person or mirroring the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by DJ Business Bootcamp at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

3. Disclaimer/Disclosures

The materials provided by DJ Business Bootcamp are offered "as is". DJ Business Bootcamp makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Further, DJ Business Bootcamp does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any training or business strategies provided. DJ Business Bootcamp is not a post-secondary institution and offers no state-authorized degrees or certifications. Participation in the program does not guarantee income, business success, or client acquisition.

4. Limitations

In no event shall DJ Business Bootcamp be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the coaching services or materials provided.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on DJ Business Bootcamp's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. DJ Business Bootcamp does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current and may make changes at any time without notice.

DJ Business Bootcamp is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

DJ Business Bootcamp may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to DJ Business Bootcamp and its related entities shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Bay City, State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9. Relationship of Parties

You acknowledge you are participating as a client in an educational coaching program. No employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship is created.

10. Consent

By enrolling in DJ Business Bootcamp, you consent to receive emails about program updates, promotions, and educational content.

11. Disclaimer of Results

DJ Business Bootcamp provides strategies and coaching designed to assist in building and improving DJ businesses. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and market conditions. DJ Business Bootcamp does not guarantee any specific income, client acquisition, or business outcomes. However, DJ Business Bootcamp offers a $2,000 Booking Guarantee: if you do not achieve at least $2,000 in new bookings after completing the program requirements, we will continue working with you at no additional cost until you reach $2,000 in bookings. This guarantee is not a guarantee of income but rather a guarantee of continued coaching support until the $2,000 booking milestone is achieved. You are solely responsible for implementing the strategies and participating actively to achieve results.

12. Confidentiality

As part of your participation, you may receive access to proprietary strategies and resources. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written consent. DJ Business Bootcamp will similarly maintain confidentiality of your sensitive business information, except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Cancellation Policy

Due to the live coaching nature of the program, all payments are final. No refunds will be issued once the program begins. If you wish to withdraw before the start date, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before the program commences.
